This is a friendly reminder for the MMA 2019 General body meeting and 2020-21 MMA board election to be held on Saturday 11/16/2019.

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm

-  Activity report - 2018/2019

-  Financials

- Election for the 4 Director at Large positions

- Break (Tea and snacks will be provided)

- Final list of 2020-21 Board

- Closing remarks

NOTE:

We have received 6 nominations for the 4 Director at Large positions. The nominations are from:

1. Sweety Gopi Kanattil

2. Reshma John

3. Jeana Zacharias

4. Divya Divakaran

5. Fazel Haris 
6. Sudheer Prem

Each member can vote for 4 candidates for the above position. The top 4 candidates shall then be elected to the same.  

This is an important meeting so please try to make this event. This is a MMA member only event.

Few election rules:
1)Voting is restricted to MMA members only.

2)Voting has to be done in person.

3)During the election, if 2 or more persons tie for one position, we will do a runoff election with just the two candidates.

4)Voting rights restricted to 2 adults (of husband and wife) for family membership.
