Dear community members,
MMA Board would like to sincerely apologize to certain members of the MMA community who could not vote in the election held on Nov 16th due to genuine mistakes from our end that occurred during the process of election. This was not intentional in any way but we understand this is a serious lapse and accept that, it may have hurt the sentiments of these members. We want to extend our sincere apologies to the MMA community, all the candidates and also everyone who participated in the election process.
MMA Board has identified the potential causes and is looking at setting up necessary guardrails to avoid and address these issues going forward. MMA Board at this time would also like to acknowledge the contribution of these members and the years of support they have provided to the board and the broader Minnesota Malayalee community. We hope to see their continued support in the future as well.
