Dear Community members,
We inform with deep sorrow that Annrose Jerry, age 21, passed away on Wednesday,
January 22, 2020 at the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN. She is survived by
her parents, Reny Chacko and Jerry James of Blaine, MN.
Annrose was a senior majoring in Science & Business and a member of the Glynn
Honors program. She won the Notre Dame Merit Scholar award. She was the solo flutist
for the Notre Dame folk choir. She enjoyed music and spending time with family and
friends.

On Tuesday, January 28 a wake will be held from 5-7 p.m. at the Kozlak-
Radulovich Funeral Home – Blaine Chapel, 1385 107th Avenue N. E., Blaine, MN
55434.
A Mass of Christian burial will be scheduled in Simi Valley, CA with burial to follow at
Assumption Cemetery, Simi Valley, CA.
